P:Periodontal Diseases Periodontal Diseases(歯周病）の略。歯周病とは、歯垢（プラーク）が歯と歯ぐきの間の溝（歯肉溝）にたまり炎症を起こす病気。進行度によりP1・P2・P3・P4に分けられる。
